Delay In Delivery
Due to COVID-19, their may be a delay in delivery. It may take 15 to 20 days to Dispatch your order from our office and may take another 45 to 60 days to deliver the order to your place. Also it may be possible that in some cities home delivery may not be possible at your place in that case you need to collect the parcel from the nearest courier office which will be informed to you.
Once the order has been dispatched it can’t be cancelled.

What are the delivery charges?
For Indian customers the shipping charges are nil were as considered with customers outside India shipping charges depends upon the location.
Some products provide free delivery on purchase were as for other products delivery charges are mentioned. Delivery charges may vary from product to product. Please check with individual products.
In some cases, items below a certain value are listed with a delivery charge. The products incur relatively higher shipping costs on such items. Charging a nominal shipping fee helps the products offset logistics costs.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Please check with individual products to determine delivery times.
Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product’s availability, and could vary from each product to product.
For items listed as “In Stock”, we will mention the delivery time as 6-7 business days (in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Sometimes, items have to be imported by us. These items are mentioned as ‘Imported’ on the product page and can take at least 20 days or more to be delivered to you.
‘Back In Stock Soon’
The item is popular and is sold out. You can however ‘book’ an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the seller.
The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to know when it is available for purchase.
‘Out of Stock’
Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to know once it is available for purchase.
This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued.
‘Out of Print’
This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by sellers?
There are no zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on www.traditionofindia.com. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive (shipping/courier, gift pack, special packing charge extra) the price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay for this products (not include shipping/courier charge).
Delivery charges extra depending on the product size, weight, quantity ect. Please check with individual products for the same.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from products to products?
You probably have noticed varying estimated delivery times of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, and geographic location.
Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
There are instances when we cannot ship to some locations. This could be a consequence of general regulations or serviceability issues.
At times we prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at our discretion.
